As Head of Enterprise Operations, Marc is charged with providing the Executive Leadership and Management Teams with strategic guidance and operational support to accelerate Jamboree’s growth, while improving overall efficiency.
Prior to joining Jamboree, Marc enjoyed a 35-year career working in a variety of finance and operational leadership roles with several well respected single family and multi-family developers in the West. Throughout his career, Marc has negotiated in excess of $4.0 billion of real estate transactions and has lead teams responsible for delivering approximately 20,000 residential units.
Marc has supplemented his work experience by serving on several Boards; including a multi-billion dollar west coast building products company, a regional master plan developer and a start-up homebuilder that eventually went public. While serving on these boards, Marc was an integral member of the Governance, Compensation and Audit committees.
Throughout his career, Marc has made it a priority to be actively engaged in a variety of fundraising and community service activities in the various cities in which he has lived and conducted business. These efforts yielded significant cash and in-kind donations and the commitment of many hours of community engagement intended to create a positive impact for these important causes. Marc’s passion for helping others is also reflected by his involvement as a Board member since 2001 with New Alternatives, a non-profit with the mission of providing transitional housing and mental health services to homeless and abused children in Southern California.
Marc attended the University of Pennsylvania where he earned a BA in International Relations and UCLA Anderson, where he earned an MBA with emphasis on Entrepreneurial Studies and Finance.
Marc has cultivated an extensive network of relationships within the affordable housing industry during his development career and from his time serving as Vice Chairman for the National Association of Homebuilders Multifamily leadership board.
