Timothy J. O’Brien has served on Jamboree’s advisory board since 2019. Currently, he serves on the Business Development Committee. A real estate development and investment veteran for more than 30 years, Timothy is Senior Managing Director at Legacy Partners for its southwest region, directing operations for the acquisition and development of a $750 million pipeline.

Prior to joining Legacy Partners, Timothy was the West Coast Operating Partner for Fifield Companies where he led the acquisition and development of $1+ billion for high-rise residential developments in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Hawaii. Before his tenure at Fifield Companies, Timothy was the Vice President of Acquisition and Development for high-density apartment projects at Lincoln Property Company in Southern California.

Timothy is a former board member of Mercy Housing California, one of the largest nonprofit affordable housing companies in the country. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
